A Bedbug

A Bedbug

Van Biak Thang
Chinland Guardian
13 October 2007

He stays on bed
And well fed
From people asleep,
Sound and deep.

He smells so bad
As if dead
Cos’ takes only blood
Since his birth.

He hides by day,
Off the light;
He sucks at night,
On his prey.

He has no mercy
But greedy;
He pierces happy
Too, a baby.
