15 June 2026 – The State Security and Peace Commission (SSPC) reported intensified military activities across Mindat and Kanpetlet townships between 13 and 15 June, marked by multiple airstrikes, troop movements, and military resupply operations.
The attacks were reported at approximately 4:05 am, 4:11 am, and 4:15 am,jet fighters from Tada-U Air Base carried out three airstrikes in the early hours of 15 June, during which the aircraft allegedly dropped a total of six bombs on a location near Mindat township.
According to local reports, between 7:09 am and 7:55 am on 14 June, at least four airstrikes were conducted east of Mindat township, with a total of eight bombs dropped during the attacks.
Another airstrike was reported near Mindat town at approximately 10:27 am, when a jet fighter reportedly dropped two bombs
At approximately 7:05 am, 7:08 am, and 7:17 am, on 13 June, two jet fighters from Tada-U Air Base carried out three airstrikes on a location east of Mindat town, dropping a total of six bombs.
At around 12:00 pm, a jet fighter from Shan Te Air Base conducted an airstrike on a location east of Kanpetlet.
At approximately 1:30 pm, a Y-8 military transport aircraft from Shan Te Air Base landed at Kyaukhtu Airport and delivered personnel, ammunition, and military supplies.
At approximately 6:05 pm, a jet fighter from Tada-U Air Base carried out an airstrike near Mindat town, dropping two bombs.
On 13 June, approximately 60 junta troops from Infantry Battalion 368 in Kyaukhtu advanced to Pansan village using two vehicles and motorcycles before later returning to their base.
Local sources reported that the troops fired heavy and small arms indiscriminately and were equipped with drones and Starlink communication devices.
A Y-8 military transport aircraft reportedly landed at Kyaukhtu Airport on the afternoon of 13 June, delivering personnel, ammunition, and military supplies. Meanwhile, more than 150 junta and allied forces stationed in Tapyin village reportedly moved toward Kyaukhtu, while another column of approximately 150 troops entered Saw town later that evening.

Airstrikes continued in the circle 14 of Mindat township on 13 June. Initial reports indicate that at least six civilian houses were damaged in one village as a result of the attacks.
