Three killed, four injured in Tedim car accident

15 March 2015 — A car accident between Mualbem and Tedim town in Chin State killed three persons and injured four including a 6-year-old girl around 8pm yesterday.

The incident taking place on the Mualbem road, about 12 miles away from Tedim, claimed the lives of twin sisters identified as Daw Aye Aye Soe and Daw Aye Aye Moe, in their forties and Lo Lam Mung, 33.

The two sisters were lecturers of Physics and Burmese at the Monywa University and the other was from Tedim.

Two of the injured were taken to a general hospital in Kalay today after they had received treatment at the Tedim hospital.

It is not yet known as to how and why the accident happened.#
