28 November 2025 – The Chin Brotherhood Alliance has reportedly captured a strategic military outpost near Tedim town, according to local defense forces.

The attack targeted the State Security and Peace Commission (SSPC) troops of Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 269 at a location identified as Saimual, near the entrance to Tedim.

The assault, which began around 9:00 am yesterday, resulted in the local defense forces—including PDF-Zoland—seizing a significant cache of weapons and ammunition and capturing two SSPC soldiers.

The Chief of Staff of PDF-Zoland confirmed that the battle lasted over three hours, after which the local defence forces were able to completely secure the entire position.

PDF-Zoland also reported that the Chin Brotherhood forces retreated without sustaining any casualties.

The attack is understood to have targeted the outpost’s gate, which the SSPC troops were reportedly using to control the movement of people entering and leaving Tedim town.

PDF-Zoland released photos confirming the capture of the two SSPC soldiers, along with the seizure of three small arms, a large quantity of ammunition, and other military equipment. – Reporting by Daniel.
