Photos of Changes of Slogans in Burma Newspapers

19 August 2011: State-run newspapers in Burma have recently changed their formats and stopped publishing slogans that criticize the international and foreign-based Burmese media.

The move has received different views with some welcoming as the new government’s attempt toward a positive change and others arguing that ‘real change’ will come only when political prisoners are released in the country.
