24 July – The State Security and Peace Commission (SSPC) carried out a series of airstrikes on areas near Mindat town in southern Chin State this morning.
According to local sources, a fighter jet from Nay Pyi Taw’s Ela Air Base conducted two bombing runs at 9:30 am and 9:35 am. Two fighter jets took off from Tada-U Air Base and carried out four bombing runs between 9:36 am and 9:47 am.
Another two additional jet fighters from Magway conducted four more bombing runs between 9:49 am and 9:59 am.
The fighter jets carried out a total of 10 bombing runs, dropping approximately 20 bombs, with two 300-pound bombs used in each run.
Another addition, between 10:00 am and 11:15 am, a Y-12 bomber operating from Shan Te airfield conducted more than 10 bombing runs, dropping approximately 50 bombs in groups of four, seven, and 10.
Another Y-12 bomber took off from Tada-U Air Base and conducted nine bombing runs, dropping approximately 40 bombs in groups of five and seven.

The reports also stated that two additional airstrikes were conducted on two locations in the southern part of Saw township.
In total, more than 100 bombs were dropped on areas east of Mindat during the morning. Artillery and drone attacks were also carried out in the area.
