In pictures: Chins joined Kachin protest in USA

15 January 2013: Over 300 people gathered in front of the White House and US State Department in Washington DC last Sunday, protesting against ongoing military offensive by Burma Army soldiers in Kachin State.

Chin residents based in the area of Washingon DC and nearby turned up in support of the Kachin protest calling for an immediate end to heavy attacks against the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) and human rights abuses against Kachin civilians by Tatmadaw.
